Maureen joined Lambert Coffin as an associate in 2010.  Prior to returning to Portland, Maureen practiced with a large firm in Boston where she represented both debtors and creditors committees in chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.  Maureen continues to represent and counsel commercial lenders in bankruptcy and creditors' rights matters and, utilizing her bankruptcy litigation experience, has expanded her practice to include civil litigation and professional and products liability matters.

Maureen earned her B.A. from University of Virginia, and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Roger Williams University School of Law.  While at Roger Williams, Maureen served as an assistant editor on the Roger Williams Law Review, vice president of the Environmental Law Society, and a governing board member of National Association of Environmental Law Societies.

Maureen was born and raised in Maine and currently resides in downtown Portland with her husband.  In her spare time, she enjoys the many outdoor pursuits Maine offers, including skiing, hiking, surfing, and ultimate frisbee.
